Hope all is well with you. We have great news to share with you! We didn't expect this but..
Your rewards have already been shipped a week earlier than expected!!
We've just finished shipping out all knives this week and some of you, may have already received your reward(s). In terms of the shipping time frame, generally, for domestic shipping, packages usually take between 3 - 7 business days to arrive at your address while for international shipping, packages usually take between 7 - 14 business days.
So, keep an eye out for your package around those time frames.

Hello Backer,
Hope you are having a great week and are ready for the weekend. We just finished prepping up surveys via Backerkit this week for Indiegogo.
The surveys should go out by next week. We're currently waiting for approval from the Backerkit Team. Thereafter, we'll have all surveys sent out to you.
After you receive the survey via Backerkit, please fill in your best shipping address for delivery starting in mid June well as any additional info that may be required to be filled out on the form.
We'll be locking the surveys on May 31st 2019 so please be sure to fill out your surveys by then (we'll be able to get your rewards faster to you as well if we have all your information ready during fufillment).
We'll also be adding on "add-on" items via Backerkit so you can have the opportunity to purchase additional knives and our other products at a great discount. ALL ADD-ONS will have FREE SHIPPING and have discounts of up to 72% OFF on Backerkit.
Again, the surveys should go out by next week so be sure to keep an eye out for the Backerkit surveys via your email.
